• This temporary eviction moratorium is effective as of January, 2021.
• The order of protection is in effect until January 31, 2021, unless this order is extended, changed or lifted.
• All applicants must complete a form declaring that you meet the requirements.
• All information on the CDC temporary eviction moratorium must be sworn testimony or applicants, may face prosecution and fines.
• Every adult on the lease, rental agreement or housing contract must complete the form.
• Applicants are still required to pay rent and stay in compliance to all other terms of the lease and rules of the place an applicant resides.
• Tenants can be evicted for other reasons, like violating the lease and rules of the place the tenants reside.
• This protection order does not extend to foreclosures on home mortgages.
